**Packaging Engineer (Semiconductor)**We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to support our semiconductor product portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing supplier strategies, managing supplier performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize value for the company. The Packaging Engineer will oversee all aspects of supplier relationships, including strategy, pricing, contract performance, and relationship management.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute supplier strategies for semiconductor packaging.- Manage supplier performance (OSAT and core-technology providers).- Negotiate supplier agreements to ensure long-term supply and competitive advantages.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.- Monitor and analyze markets to drive competitive supplier agreements.**Requirements**:- Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes.- Experience in semiconductor packaging.- Experience in sourcing or supply chain management.- Experience managing contract manufacturers (e.g., OSAT, EMS).- Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging technologies, bump, and WLP.- Project management experience (preferred).- Proficiency in Excel (including macros and pivot tables).- Experience with Oracle (preferred).- Valid U.S. visa.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $1,000.00 per day**Experience**:- sourcing or supply chain managment: 2 years (required)- semiconductor packaging, bump, and/or WLP technology: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
