Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.**DESCRIPTION**We are actively looking for a **Foreign Trade and Warehouse Management Specialist**who will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and supporting import & export activities in Mexico, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant flow of goods, customs clearance, and trade-related operations.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, international trade, supply chain management, or a related field;- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management and import/export operations;- Familiarity with Mexican customs;- Ability to independently handle customs declaration, tariffs, and warehouse operations;- Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills in English or Chinese.Desirable:- Background in multinational manufacturing, automotive parts, or high-tech industries;- Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP, INFOR, and Oracle;- Experience managing teams or 3PL suppliers.**ACTIVITIES**- Warehouse Management_- Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory management; Develop and optimize warehouse management processes to ensure inventory accuracy of- 98%;- Coordinate internal and third-party logistics to ensure goods enter and exit the warehouse within specified time limits;- Manage warehouse security and oversee the implementation of the DSS system and security procedures.- Import and Export Management_- Responsible for import and export operations, including document preparation, customs declaration, customs release tracking, and exception handling;- Familiar with policies such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and the USMCA to ensure compliance with Mexican and international trade regulations;- Monitor tariffs, certificates of origin, HS codes, and related tax policies to optimize costs;- Liaise with customs, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure efficient, legal, and smooth import and export operations.- Data and Compliance_- Regularly generate import, export, and inventory reports to support financial, tax, and compliance audits;- Monitor the implementation of warehouse and import and export-related SOPs to identify and address risks.H5rOLBFQpu
