If you are a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.WK Industrial Services Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a culturally diverse workforce without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status or protected veteran status.**Responsibilities**- _Proactively drive on site activities preparation before installation start (FAT, Internal SWP, Customer SWP)._- _Ensure Fulfilment of installation, qualification, testing and commissioning checklists and SOP (Standard Operating procedures)._- _Manage the FSE team on site, including all subcontractors, and logistic arrangements organization. Feedback to the Project Manager Execution and drive resources allocation requests / changes in order to meet the on-site activities deliverables._- _Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are met._- Direct, coordinate, and provide guidance / support of project activities from all phases of project management (planning, execution, and acceptance) and multiple interdisciplinary project teams at an overall project responsibility role, including project engineering / execution strategies, resource planning, manufacturing clarification and procurement, supervision & monitoring of project execution, and closeout phases.- Coordinate periodic meetings with the customer for the purpose of providing project status updates and to proactively identify and discuss any potential areas of concerns.- Receive and discuss the daily progress report from the project manager(s).- Prepare and distribute status reports for all stakeholders.- Monitor project PNL statements to make sure project costs remain within the contractual budget agreement.**Requirements**:- 5 years of experience in industrial construction site management within the packaging industry, and a strong technical background.- Very strong communications skills in both written and verbal communication.- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in an industry related field or have the equivalent of on-the-job experience, normally 5 years of on-the-job experience that includes extensive training in site management.- Must be able to communicate in English but being bilingual in French is strongly preferred.- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or be able possess a VISA to travel for work purposes between the U.S. and Canada.- Must be able to read all construction and technical diagrams and drawings developed using the metric system.- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Suite.- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse or multi-national teams.- Strong problem-solving skills.**Benefits**:- 401(k)- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid time off- Sick Time- Vision insurance- Opportunities for professional developmentPay: From $20,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Site Management: 5 years (preferred)- HS&E: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- French (preferred)- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)Work Location: On the road
