Your Future at Kyndryl As a Senior OCM Consultant IT / Cloud Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross‑functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth. Responsibilities Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions. Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations. Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements. Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies. Lead and manage high‑impact OCM initiatives. Mentor and coach team members to ensure high‑quality OCM delivery. Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools. Develop and implement effective communication and training plans. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables. Identify and address potential resistance to change. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or related fields. 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with 2 years of technology consulting. Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem‑solving. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Experience designing and delivering training programs. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG). Optional Qualifications Master’s degree in Organizational Change Management or related field. Process design expertise. Experience with digital communication and training tools. Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
