We are committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth.**Your Role**:As the CFO at Whitebox Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the company. You will work closely with the owners to align financial management with short and long-term business objectives.**Your Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives.- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.- Assure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.- Manage the company’s financial resources, including accounting, financing, and capital investment.- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.- Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws.- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team.- Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.**Your Skills and Qualifications**:- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role.- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and financial management software.- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.- BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (CPA or CFA) is preferred.**About You**:- You are a visionary with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to business challenges.- You thrive in leadership roles and are known for your strategic financial insights and integrity.- Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.- Live in Playa del Carmen.- Technologically savvy and efficient in using various tools and platforms.- Known for your punctuality, and reliability in completing things on time.- A team player who can also work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Motivated by personal and professional goals and committed to achieving them.- You have a proactive, can-do attitude.**Benefits**:- Join a creative and forward-thinking team.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Competitive salary based on experience.- Work-life balance with a 7-hour work day, Monday through Friday.**How to Apply**:Excited to join our team?
