As a NielsenIQ Sr. Recruiter, you will manage all aspects of full life cycle recruiting for positions in Latin America, further from recruiting, you will make a difference by attracting the best talent to our company to fuel our strategic goals and you will contribute on key functional projects to keep evolving in your career.This is a role with a regional scope, reporting to our team in Mexico that will also provide you the possibility to be part and collaborate with a Global team of fellow recruiters in different locations including North America, Malaysia, Poland and more.**Responsibilities**- Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System- Hiring Manager training.
