Purchasing/supply Manager

Activities:Efficient purchasing of services, inventory, supplies and equipment.Verification of the accuracy and authorization of purchase requisitions.Supervision of tenders, evaluation of bids and selection of suppliers.Alignment of procurement with company policies and global guidelines.Management of RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's and contracts, ensuring competitive terms and conditions.Maintaining strong relationships and records with suppliers.Analyzing market trends and supplier capabilities.Preparation of control strategies and sourcing plans.Coordinating with departments for problem resolution.Expediting purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.Monitoring daily orders and stock levels.Create a culture of long-term cost savings.Define key performance indicators to track team performance.Develop the purchasing capabilities of colleagues.Requires meticulous attention, strategic foresight and relentless pursuit of improvement.Negotiate costs and lead times to establish pricing and performance standards through purchase orders (PO) with suppliers.Perform PO's as generated and/or needed.Monitors delivery status, expediting shipments as needed, and supplier performance issues.**Requirements**:Related career.A minimum of 2 to 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in cables and electronic components.Managerial experience leading a purchasing team.Experience in inventory control systems management.Demonstrated negotiation skills.Good business judgment and ability to prioritize.Strong analytical skills and ability to extract, collect and analyze data.Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.Ability to analyze costs and prices.Advanced written and spoken English.Visa.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,649.89 - $28,801.38 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de permanencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
