World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.WBL is a U.S. based company with a 100% remote workforce.This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.**Resumes must be submitted in English.****Location**:100% Remote for Turkey, LATAM and India**About the Job**:**Responsibilities**:- Monitor and analyze lead quality to improve campaign performance.- Create and manage marketing campaigns and audience segmentations.- Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation, workflow creation, and data analysis.- Track and report conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Ads to measure ROI.**Requirements**:- Hands-on experience tracking conversions in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag manager.- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.- Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.**Benefits**- Contract/Consultant position- 100% WFH- USD salary- PTO available
