Technology and innovation are at the core of what we do, making our products relevant for our customers’ lives and businesses.Currently, ING is the 4th bank in the local markets, based on the assets and is a universal bank with 1,6 million clients from three business segments: individual clients (Retail), SMEs and Mid-Corporate clients and Wholesale Banking.Join usMissionThe role is responsible on translating business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables ensuring scalability, reliability, compliance, and security considering full range of products & services from Core Infrastructure, Platforms and Workplace Experience thus supporting organization Cloud journey and Digital by default processes.As part of the Engineering domain, you will have the opportunity to share your passion with other Network Engineers by developing and expanding technical skills with open mind, curiosity to discover new way of thinking, challenging assumptions and making room for diversity.We are encouraging entrepreneurial mentality expressed into a challenging and highly collaborative environment which nourishes innovation using technology as the main driver to progress.Your day-to-day- Experience in routing, switching, and managing the following Network products: Firewalls, SD WAN, EVPN VXLAN, WAN / LAN Connections- Work with technologies from various vendors such as Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto;- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a network infrastructure;- Cloud architecture principles - Designing and developing functional areas of a cloud, including automation, infrastructure, SDN technology, consumption platform, security - nice to know technologies such as (MS Azure, Google Cloud, AWS,.. )- Good knowledge on scripting / automation ( Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript ) and orchestration platforms (Terraform, Ansible, Saltstack, Chef, Puppet, Azure Pipeline Automation ).- Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms such Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus.- Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills with firewall products - Implementing security rules, NAT, Encryption Domains, Virtual Routing- Perform daily operating system administration tasks, including hardware and software upgrades, patch management and maintain regulatory controls;- Proactively review the environment and take initiatives to reduce failures, defects and improve performance;- Perform systems checks based on monitoring events and correct any issues;- Analyze the performance, proactive troubleshooting, continual improvement and capacity planning;- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of the incidents on the administrated systems;- Investigate problems in the production environment;- Document tasks and changes, including deep analysis in order to prevent any downtime;What you bring to the team- Preferable 5-7 years experience in a similar position;- Advanced certifications in networking area (CCNP, JNCIP) operating systems (LPIC), firewall (PCNSA)- Experience in an Agile environment.- Very good network engineering skills;- Complex root cause analysis;- Very good capabilities in time management, teamwork, delivering, and meeting the company’s project deadlines- Voice gateways, call center solution knowledge;- Experience with ticket management systems and Azure DevOps;- English language proficiencyWhat we offer- Impactful work in a fun and collaborative environment;- Open-concept offices designed for both team work and relaxation;- Corporate events and social gatherings;- Hybrid way of working with flexible working schedule and short week options;- Monthly budget on Benefit platform;- Extra annual leave days depending on the total length of working experience;- Growth opportunities through upskilling/ reskilling programs and a variety of learning and development platforms: ING Learning Centre, Udemy, Bookster, as well as through trainings and certifications;- Possibility to access Internal roles, International Short-Term Assignments or Long-Term Assignments;- Context to make an impact through Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
