"Contraloría" "Controller" "Contabilidad"A multinational company with more than 20 years of experience in health sector and global presence is looking for: Controller SupervisorYour new role- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of GL and fixed asset transactions processing by working with R2R team leaders and SSC Director.- Provide SSC senior management with periodic reports of R2R process performance against Service Level Agreements and key process performance indicators.- Manage the general ledger and fixed asset accounting process within the agreed budget.- Contribute to cross-process performance improvement initiatives as needed.- Agree the content of the service level agreements of the R2R team in collaboration with the SSC Director.- Ensure that the formal duties of the SSC entity (VAT, Income Tax Returns, Patents, etc..) are executed correctly and in a timely manner.- Support, communicate and lead by example the execution of the vision and values of SSC.What you will need to succeed- Good understanding of the health care industry preferable.- Strong understanding of accounting principles (US Gaap and IFRS).- Significant experience of 8+ years managing general ledger and fixed asset accounting and other basic financial processes, in a complex, high-volume environment.- Experience in R2R process improvement (Desirable)- Excellent English and Spanish language skills (oral and written).
