**Lean Manufacturing Engineer**El ingeniero de procesos Lean es responsable de implementar herramientas Lean como 5S, mapeo de flujo de valor, seguimiento de rendimiento junto con cotizaciones de soporte para nuevos productos y seguimiento de proyectos de eficiencia de costos.**CUALIFICACIONES/ CONOCIMIENTOS/ EXPERIENCIA****(CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO/PROFESIONAL Y COMPETENCIA DE HABILIDADES)**Grado en Ingeniería o carrera afín.Comprensión integral de la excelencia en la fabricación.Cinturón verde Lean Six Sigma.Competente en MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Ingles avanzado conversacional.Experiência laboral mínima de 2 años en un puesto de toma de decisiones.**HABILIDADES PERSONALES Y COMPETENCIAS CLAVE****(INCLUYENDO COMPETENCIAS DE COMPORTAMIENTO DE JM)**- Debe tener sólidas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo para optimizar el tiempo de actividad de la máquina con la capacidad de manejar varias prioridades en competencia al mismo tiempo.- El puesto requiere un excelente juicio discrecional y la capacidad de ser flexible en torno a prioridades que cambian rápidamente.- Debe tener una fuerte habilidad de comunicación.- La persona debe poder usar todo el PPE requerido (zapatos de seguridad, anteojos protectores, protecciones auditivas y cualquier otro artículo requerido)- Participe en descansos regulares para estirarse y programas de seguridad en el sitio.- Debe poseer una buena inteligencia emocional, colaborar bien y mantener relaciones profesionales sanas.Dirección: Avenida El Piñon 2000, Int.
