Thus, successfully differentiating Adenza from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.Team and Role OverviewThe Senior Consultant will be responsible for every aspect of the project process and success. The main responsibilities include the constant management of the project scope, working with the team and the client to get the signoff customer requirements and team deliveries, managing closely delivery deadlines, and having active and effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management. The Senior Consultant will have to properly manage internal and external project resources as well as the project budget and forecast.**Responsibilities**:Daily management and leadership of the project and the project team. Provide effective leadership and management controlsEstablish appropriate delivery methodologies and manage the effective transition between project phasesCascade vision and translation into delivery goals for the teamIdentify and establish appropriate project controlsManage performance and report progress to backers. Influence key decision-makers both internally and externallyWork together with the project team to establish and manage client expectations around project timelinesThe project manager will be responsible for managing and communicating issues to the client and internal project teamsThe Project Manager will be the first escalation level for project delivery issues and will report the progress of the implementation to our internal Project Steering CommitteeWork directly with customers to review business / functional/technical requirements to ensure high-quality delivery of any configuration and/or custom codeSkills And RequirementsExperience acquired in Fintec (B2B) or financial services projects and resource management in the capital marketExperience working in systems or business analysis and systems design within these areasExperience in implementing and supporting a front or back-office system within a bank, hedge fund, or asset managerA solid, demonstrable record of customer service. The project manager will need to understand the client's needs and build effective relationshipsWillingness and ability to travel as our deployments take place at our clients' sites.
