We’re looking for a **Senior Mobile Software Engineer** to lead the charge in developing high-impact, mobile-first solutions that power the fieldwork of those who keep our communities running.**What you'll do**:- **Mobile Development Leadership**: Drive the development of high-quality React Native apps with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and mobile-first best practices.- **Quality & Testing**: Uphold coding standards through testing, code reviews, and a focus on maintainability and reliability.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Mentor junior team members.- **Agile Execution**: Contribute to Agile ceremonies, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively solve technical challenges.- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance development practices, adopt emerging tech, and improve team efficiency.- **Production Support**: Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues, including on-call support when necessary.- **Clear Communication**: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and align solutions with business needs.**What you bring**- 5+ years of experience in full-stack enterprise software development (UI, backend, APIs, databases).- Proven track record of designing and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance systems.- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and architectural design patterns.- Hands-on experience with secure coding practices and testing methodologies.- Strong Agile experience, with a focus on CI/CD and modern development workflows.- Able to troubleshoot complex issues and lead others through technical problem-solving.**Tech Stack**:**Required**- React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript, Git- JSON & REST APIs, Jest (unit/E2E testing)- Agile development and code review experience- Atlassian Tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)**Company Culture**At ARCOS, we believe in fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
