We are looking for curious, data-driven individuals who want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.We are looking for our next **Brand Maximization Lead****Job Functions**:- Contribute to Kavak's brand building efforts across online and offline channels while supporting overall business needs; championing the consumer needs to drive the superiority of the brand.- Adapt brand strategy on the available channels ensuring a continuous improvement across brand fundamentals.- Be connected to market trends (in category challengers and established automotive brands), consumer behaviors, and business needs.- Have the brand and consumer pulse in order to understand the necessities and necessary moves for the brand across touchpoints.- Have governance over the brand's budget.- Analyze and translate data to internally present and guide creative improvements to the stakeholders.- Drive the brand's vision for key stakeholders of the organization.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors Degree in business; communications; marketing; or experience in similar fields.- 2 years of experience in marketing; brand management; and/or media- Work experience in marketing at the following fields; FMCG/Consumer Goods; Automotive; or Start Ups.- Languages: Spanish & English- Solid knowledge in: Brand Strategy; Online & Offline Media Execution; Brand fundamentals.- Communication Strategy- Brand Fundamentals- Leadership skillsEste rol es primordial para el crecimiento de KAVAK en esta etapa de innovación, consolidación y expansión.
