Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Juarez, North Campus.Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Requires experience in program administration/ management or related area.- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.- Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills.- Advanced English.- Intermediate/ advanced Excel.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.GR66Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
