**About KI Industries Inc.****About the Job**:This position will work at our plant located in Queretaro, Qro.The Molding Process Engineer at KI Industries Inc. will be responsible for maintaining statistical process control in the automotive sector. They will develop all the technical information required for the IATF 16949 standard, conduct audits to identify variances in material and utilization, and develop and implement solutions to address high scrap rates.**Responsibilities**:- Develop FMEA for molding and update FMEA according to IATF standard.- Create flow diagrams for the molding area according to IATF standard.- Maintain SPC in molding processes to ensure product quality.- Problem solving using 8D discipline to identify the problem.- Perform releases of new molds using SIM technology.- Perform machine studies for the qualification and rating of automotive or appliance machines.- Generate statistics on the top ten scrap issues to determine root causes of scrap.- Create run best statistics to feed the system and have a reliable mold machine matrix.- LPA audits and BOM reviews to identify process non-conformities and correct them.- Ensure the proper functioning of machines, tooling, and peripheral equipment, complying with company quality and equipment care standards.- Comply with IATF 16949, ISO14001, VDA, and other applicable standards regarding competencies, motivation, and environmental.**Qualifications**:- Knowledge and interpretation of IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 standards.- Basic knowledge of resins and injection molding processes.- Knowledge of Core Tools, electricity, hydraulics, basic electronics, and engineering resins- Tooling and peripheral equipment.**Experience**:A minimum of 2+ years of experience.**Education**:B.S. in Industrial Engineering.EeUG5rLdtd
