Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob objective: Ensures the quality consistency of products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards: testing of materials and products. Responsible for responding Customer feedback and daily quality Performance, quality reports and corrective action programs. Responsible for developing and maintaining process controls for quality improvement and comany standards ISO-9001 and/or ISO-13485. Responsible for coordinating audits and customer reports. This position is necessary to ensure that the process defined to build the product has the quality requirements incorporated. This position will be coordinated with Purchases as material and will help in the process of selecting suppliers as necessary from a Quality perspective " Comply with applicable Quality and Environmental Management System requirements. 1. Ensures product / process validation complies with Inventus Power procedures, FMEA, IQ,OQ &PQ- MSA, G-R&R and DOE 2.Coordinate customer complaints and implement corrective actions in process 3. Review daily quality performance and implement process control to ensure quality consistency 4. Implement Pokayokes, process control, process analisys 5. Coordinate the selection of suppliers and supervise the activities with the Purchasing Department. 6. Responsible for the provisions and monitoring of MRB / RMAExperiência y requisitosEducation Background (Major, Degree etc.): Bachelor's degree or 5 years (Mechanical or Electronic Engineer is a plus) of equivalent work experience. Work Experience (Area, Service Year etc.): A minimum of 3 years of experience as a quality engineer, the fundamental knowledge of electronics, plastics and assembly processes (medical or electronic industry is preferable) of battery components is an advantage. Experience in FMEA development, working with 5S, gage R&R, CPK studies and implementing SPC.
