**Temporal - 6 Months****Compliance Specialist****Position Requirements**:At a minimum, the selected individual must possess the following characteristics:- Advanced fluency in English speaking and writing.- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance or administration is required.- Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance processes experience.- Strong understanding of the applicable laws, regulations, and standards for the organization and industry.- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Organizational, time-management, and project-management skills.- Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.- Team oriented with strong leadership skills.- Strong time management, organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.- Excellent communication skills**Position Responsibilities**:The primary responsibilities for this position include the ability to:- Ensure that company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal polices and bylaws- Identify and manage regulatory risks on areas- Include researching laws, standards, and best practices that affect the organization,- Developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance in all areas of organization.- Conduct audits to monitor and evaluate performance, identifying and reporting any compliance issues or violations- Provide guidance and training on compliance matters,- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and recommending corrective actions and improvements- Staying updated on law, standards, and best practices on compliance.- Create and implement plans to improve compliance- Work with legal team, HR, and external auditors- Developing compliance training programs, for existing employees and managers
