Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.We are seeking a **Site Supervisor for the Night Shift** to ensure smooth and safe execution of overnight construction activities in data center projects. The role requires strong field presence, safety vigilance, and reliable **reporting for day shift handovers****Responsibilities**- Lead nightly supervision of construction works, verifying adherence to technical requirements and safety protocols.- Monitor subcontractors performing work under limited visibility and ensure installation quality and site integrity.- Facilitate communication across shifts by preparing detailed handover reports for day teams.- Maintain strict control of access, lighting, PPE usage, and hazard mitigation during night operations.- Address on-site issues in real time and ensure compliance with client and internal standards.- Record activities in logs, issue progress updates, and escalate non-conformities as needed.**Qualifications**- 5+ years of site supervision experience in high-security or infrastructure projects with night shift operations.- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.- Experience managing crews during limited hour conditions and ensuring continuity across shifts.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools for reporting and communication.- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written communication and safety awareness.**Additional Information**:- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
