Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:This position involves heading a team in the Electrification Business ensuring continuous and efficient production operations in line with plans, procedures, and quality and safety standards and policies. In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the production line.- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Working with HR Management to ensure that the production area is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- Available for rotating shifts.- 2 years of demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.).- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage.- Experience with 5S methodology.- Intermediate English level required.**More about us**:
