They serve a critical and important role as they are the primary contact between account management and fulfillment team members. Project managers have intimate working knowledge of all project specifics and are responsible for maintaining project schedules, budgets, resources, priorities, and expectations.We are looking for a highly motivated project manager to join our fast-growing company and bring a positive attitude and curiosity to learn. Project managers will be responsible for making sure that our clients have an amazing experience when working with us.This will include, working closely with the Director of Client Relations to truly understand our clients’ needs, making sure all deliverables are fully QC’d and presented on time, contributing to strategy, and reporting on project profitability.The Project Manager position is the first step towards a senior role, and there is high opportunity for growth.Job requirements- 8+ years of full-time work experience- Interest in media, technologies, and a desire to keep informed of new trends- Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude- Excellent written communication and presentation skills- Be the Director of Client Relations’s primary point of contact and helping to guide theclient’s decision making related to agency deliverables- Create and maintain project schedules- Lead Quality Assurance, reviewing deliverables and assigning revisions as necessary- Ability to communicate with designers and developers- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solveproblems as they arise- You’re startup-ready - not looking for a 9-5 job, but you are looking for a rewardingcareer with high opportunity for growthDesired skills and experience:- Experience with, and a fundamental understanding of digital marketing- Good understanding of how web technologies/terminology (pixels, html, iframes)- Experience with Wordpress and software development life cycle- Experience using Teamwork Projects or other project management software- Experience with project expense and profitability analysis- Experience building presentations and presenting in front of a group of people (whetherinternal or in front of clients)- Quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant and a problem-solver- Proactive, motivational, mentoring and encouraging approach- Previous internship, or full-time position at a tech startup companyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasExperiência:- mas: 7 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)
