DevOps Engineer

This is your chance to make an impact We’re seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team, where you’ll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our world-class technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS). Automate provisioning, deployment, and operations using IaC (Terraform). Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases. Implement and maintain robust security, compliance, and access controls. Monitor systems proactively, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvement. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond and resolve production incidents. Support disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity. What We’re Looking For Technical Skills 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles. Proven expertise with AWS core services. Strong proficiency with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code). Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS). Soft Skills Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Consultative Mindset: Actively listen to client needs, propose well‑informed solutions, and set realistic expectations. Adaptability: Flexibility to embrace new technologies and adjust strategies as needed. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with well‑prioritized goals. Hands‑on experience working in and contributing to an agile environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. English communication skills are essential, with at least 80% proficiency. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Experience with advanced monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
