This involves developing a data focused muscle, robust measurement setup, and champion the creation & adoption of insights across the global function.**Your Impact**- Deliver market insights, Act as the SME, Drive executional excellence for LATAM Corporate Communications- Serve the markets communications agenda- Be the day-to-day contact for measurement and listening projects, ensuring coordination between stakeholders (sectors owners) and the D&A capability. This includes alignment on the brief, proposal coordination, execution and delivery of results.- Act as an expert on stitching together social and media data to answer business questions in a compelling and engaging way.- Deliver market and brand level analysis (utilizing I&M delivered dashboards, templates decks, and reporting tools) and leverage business intel to incorporate considerations beyond data into actionable insights.- Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click is required using relevant data- Juggle multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery while proactively managing trade-offs.- Become an expert on I&M matters for the anchor markets across listening & media monitoring reports, campaigns performance measurement and dashboard build for our brands.**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?**- An expert in social listening and media monitoring, digital analytics and performance measurement with minimum 3 years experience- Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently. Capable of taking broad questions and open briefs and turning them into outputs, and business impact.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Business level English mandatory- Business acumen and ability to build actionable recommendations- Strong project management skills, experience at juggling multiple priorities.
