BIC team members are empowered to take ownership of their careers and bring their unique perspectives to the table to make a meaningful impact on our mission.It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today.As **Quality Engineer **you will control & assure the quality of finished products, through the different process steps (Including Molding, & Assembly, Packaging & Storage), focusing on consumer & customer satisfaction, continuous improvement & operational optimization**. **You will also be responsible for the following activities:- Responsible for safety, quality health and environmental protection, in accordance to Saltillo´s Plant Integral Policy.- Stablishes and communicates the necessary strategies and KPI´s to comply with the business objectives and customer satisfaction. Implements systems that promote continuous improvement and a strong culture towards Quality.- Designs, develops & implements robust quality processes and systems to assure compliance with quality standards, regulations & customer requirements,- Utilizes statistical analysis and data- driven methods to monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying trends, and proactively addresses potential quality concerns.- Leading the Quality Inspectors team, providing technical & personal support.- Demonstrate technical abilities to assure Quality throughout the processes & personal abilities to manage people, as well as internal and external customers.- Coordinate with the Plant Team, actions plans to reduce or eliminate non-conformities that can lead to risk the product quality.- Take timely decisions regarding non-conforming product, materials, shipments, urgent materials.- Coordinate efforts between areas, to inspect products, or in case re work is needed.- Determines, implements & maintains Quality Controls on the different processes, to continuously improve its performance, developing Quality Control Plans.- Leads problem -solving initiatives and drives successful outcomes in a fast - paced, dynamic environment.- Leads & supports new product, machine, & process validation activities, including developing protocols, conducting / leading testing, analyzing results & implementing improvements.- Conducts thorough risk assessments to identify potential quality risks and develops risk mitigation strategies.**Qualification required**:- Engineering Degree (Chemical or similar).- Expertise as a Quality Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.- English Advanced/Fluent- Excellent problem- Desirable: High proven expertise in plastic injection processes.- Desirable: Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab)- Strong project management skills.- Familiarity with Quality standards & processes.
