This is a great chance to drive our learning technology agenda to enable a best in class user experience.Meaningful Work From Day OneThe Learning Technology Specialist provides technical management in support of Brown-Forman’s learning technology. They provide day-to-day support for stakeholders and end users. This position is responsible for supporting the online aspects of deployment for all B-F learning programs and initiatives. The Learning Technology Specialist provides in-depth data analysis and maintains reporting requirements. This position reports to the Senior Learning & Development Operations Manager.What You Can Expect- Manage all aspects Learning Management System (LMS). Currently using Cornerstone On Demand- Set up courses and associated events and sessions- Manage course registrations and monitor attendance levels for multiple courses simultaneously- Manage course cancellations or course rescheduling for multiple course offerings- Setting up program curricula and associated communications- Provide technical management in support of learning systems- Identify, recommend, and execute on continuous improvements to systems, processes, and tools to enhance learner experience- Support deployment of learning programs & initiatives by understanding LMS requirements, maintain content and project plans, determine reporting requirements- Maintenance of custom pages- Work with Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) team to understand and support Application Programming interface (APIs), Integrations, Single Sign On and other back-end processes- Prepares customized and regular reports- Validates report data- Performs data analysis- Maintenance of learning dashboards- Creation of basic e-learning courses- Creating and maintaining procedures- Provide learning technology training for Learning & Development team- Providing end-user support as required- Working with LMS providers to remain up-to-date on system specifications and updates- Provide support on ad hoc or special projects as assignedWhat You Bring to the Table- Experience with administering Cloud-based Learning Management Systems and/or HR Systems - Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS or Workday is preferred-- Ability to use analytics to identify trends and insights about learning, leadership, and people development as well as to measure the impact of interventions- Excellent computer skills, specifically Google, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Strong attention-to-detail- Demonstrate excellent customer service- Passionate about technology and how it can be leveraged to create a great user experience- Desire to learn and grow- Ability to lead and manage projects/multiple tasks, leveraging a number of different stakeholders and displaying a high degree of independent judgment and initiative- Excellent English written and spoken skillsWhat Makes You Unique- Learning & Development Administration/Coordination experience in a multi-cultural context- Excellent organizational skills in planning and prioritizing work, to execute superbly multiple tasks under minimum supervision- Flexible with an interest in working within a global framework (different time zones) and an ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment- Knowledge of multiple web design technologies such as HTML and Javascript- Familiar with course design and development- Knowledge of basic project management principlesWho We AreImagine working for a company that welcomes you in, inspires you to bring your best self to every opportunity, and encourages you to grow and develop your career in a resilient and fun industry.
