**Job Title: Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Manager****Salary**:- Starting Pay: $5 USD per hour- Performance-Based Pay: Potential for pay increase based on experience and performance- Bonus: $5 USD for each appointment your team makes that leads to a sale- Payment Method: Monthly via Remitly (requires setting up an account to receive payments directly to your bank)We are a construction company based in Houston, TX, seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the telemarketing team, manage cold calling strategies, and drive efforts to schedule free estimates for various home improvement services.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage a team of cold call telemarketing agents to achieve sales goals- Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate leads- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to improve effectiveness- Responsible for hiring, training, and, if necessary, terminating team members- Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners- Provide clear and persuasive information about our services to the team- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and team performance metrics- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts**Requirements**:- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling management is required- English Proficiency: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing- Skills: Excellent leadership, spoken, and written English skills are essential- Equipment: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.- Availability: Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST)**Additional Information**:- Training will be provided on the first day to familiarize you with our services and management strategies- This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth based on performance- Fast hiring processWe look forward to hearing from youPay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
