As a Ground Transborder Specialist II, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating cross-border logistics activities that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day ground transborder operations to guarantee compliance with both local and international regulations.Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transport documentation and clearance processes.Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or issues impacting cross-border deliveries.Analyse transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced service continuity across borders.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements to maintain operational integrity.Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to foster collaborative relationships that contribute to the overall efficiency of ground transborder operations.Provide detailed and actionable reports to management regarding transport performance, compliance issues, and customer feedback.Qualifications and SkillsExperience in logistics or transportation operations, preferably with a focus on ground transborder services.Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements between Mexico and neighbouring countries.Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.Proficiency in transportation management systems and standard office software.Fluency in Spanish and English is advantageous to facilitate communication across teams and external stakeholders.What We OfferAt CEVA FM Mexico, we value each team member and strive to create an inclusive, supportive work environment.
