As a Business Research Team Lead at Infomineo, you'll be responsible for performing research, answering clients' requests and leading a team of analysts in business and investment research needs across different regions and industries. Responsibilities Perform research, answer client requests and autonomously lead a team of analysts and associates in business and investment research. Train, lead and coach a team, clarifying each team member’s responsibilities and setting up clear processes. Be the primary contact for our clients, perform QA and set up QA processes for the team ensuring requests are verified, reliable and meet very high client standards. Lead and manage different clients, projects and/or teams simultaneously, setting priorities and budgeting time for each component. Manage a team, clarify objectives, timelines and responsibilities. Act as a professional development coach by providing coaching, training, constructive feedback and a development career path for the team. Collaborate with the Professional Development team to create and deliver quality training (onboarding and ongoing training). Ensure a high level of motivation within the team to deliver excellence. Support with the screening selections for the right candidates. Support the drive of different initiatives important to the company. Qualifications Master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Some team management experience. Ability to step back, analyze problems, find solutions and implement them. Creative and resourceful, with an ability to find information using different tools. Good interpersonal and organizational skills, high motivation, attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to cope under stress with a focus on identifying solutions. Excellent management skills with a track record of coordinating workflow and assuring quality for small to medium teams with strong multitasking ability. Full proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus (e.g., Portuguese, French, Italian). Expertise with research databases. Benefits A competitive local salary.
