**Job Title**: Head of E-Commerce**Job Type**: Full-Time / Remote**Work Hours**: 10 AM to 6 PM PST**Job Overview**:We’re helping our client find a results-driven **Head of E-Commerce** to lead their online sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the e-commerce experience across multiple platforms, driving growth and conversion, and managing a diverse set of responsibilities from Shopify management to performance marketing and affiliate strategies.**Responsibilities**:**Shopify & Website Management**:- Oversee Shopify backend, ensuring seamless UX, efficient checkout and strong conversion rates.- Oversee 3PL operations and third-party Shopify apps (such as Recharge) to ensure optimization.- Optimize the website for SEO and CRO to improve organic reach and sales.- Run promotional campaigns, oversee coupon codes, and manage comp orders for influencers and key partners.- Oversee Klayvio CRM.**Meta Ads & Performance Marketing**:- Lead the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategy, execution, and optimization to drive profitable customer acquisition.- Coordinate with and oversee our Social Media agency to ensure they are delivering the necessary content.- Hire and manage additional editors and creatives to tweak assets and ensure engaging ad content.- Continuously analyze data, adjust bidding strategies, and improve ROAS with a focus on achieving a viable return despite a low average order value (AOV).**TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing**:- Launch and grow TikTok Shop as a key revenue channel.- Implement an affiliate marketing program using third-party platforms (e.g., INSENSE) to attract and manage influencers and affiliates.- Create engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok’s audience.**Amazon Sales & Optimization**:- Oversee and coordinate with consultants setting up the Amazon store.- Manage and optimize Amazon listings for maximum visibility and sales.- Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and enhance product rankings.- Monitor and improve Amazon PPC campaigns.**Requirements**:**Must-Have**:- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing and D2C brand growth- Proven track record of scaling brands on Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, and Amazon- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making- Experience hiring and managing creative and content teams- Excellent project management and leadership skills- Experience with iMessage and Slack for communication
