Make It Matter.**You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.**How you will contribute**You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Your specific process area- Working in a shared service organization- Being a good team player and influencing others- Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience**Más acerca de este rol**:**¿Qué necesitas saber de la posición?**:- Administrar el proceso de capacitación para el arranque de líneas nuevas en: detección de necesidades, construcción de plan maestro anual, procesos de documentación de evidencias y registros- Diseñar la estrategia y gestionar programas de certificación de técnicos para asegurar que tengas las habilidades necesarias para el arranque de líneas.- Contacto con proveedores externos para impartición de cursos- Analizar los Planes de Desarrollo Personal en conjunto con el área de T&OE (Reclutamiento, Selección y Administración de Talento) para establecer una estrategia de desarrollo de habilidades y competencia del personal.- Desarrollar y dar Seguimiento a la estrategia de inducción general, así como, asegurar que existan las inducciones especificas al puesto.- Preparar indicadores del área.- Asegurar el cumplimiento con las normas, auditorías y procedimientos establecidos por la compañía.- Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (S&E). Cumplir y apegarse a las normas mexicanas aplicables en materia ambiental y de seguridad e higiene aplicables a la empresa y establecidas en programas corporativos como ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 y estándares S&E- Calidad. Cumplir y apegarse a las normas establecidas por la empresa en programas corporativos como Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura BPM, QCMS, ISO, HACCP**Educación / Certificaciones**:- Carrera universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial.**Requerimientos específicos del puesto**:- Inglés mínimo de 80% (hablado y escrito)- Manejo avanzado de Office Suite: 90% Power Point, 60% Excel, 80% Word- Al menos tres años en alguna posición del área de Recursos Humanos similar- Conocimiento de Mantenimiento Autonomo/TPM hasta Paso 6- Implementación de Proyectos de capbility usando el wp de TT&T**Horario de Trabajo**:- Lunes a Viernes Full TimeRelocation Support Available?No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryWe value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
