The Molding Process Technician is responsible for set ups on molding presses and keeps them running efficiently. Reports to the Molding Lead.**Responsibilities**:Ensure that the presses have all their safety controls functional.Troubleshoot process problems on injection and transfer presses.Start press runs.Install and uninstall molds from injection presses due to damage and repairs.Fill out the necessary documentation at each press start-up.Generate work orders for mold corrections.Generate work orders for press corrections.Generate work orders for production changes.Follow up on the expiration dates of the number of strokes of the molds to replace them or repair them in a preventive way.Ensure that the presses are working in an "integrated" manner, i.e. that they are not missing parts or components, and if so decidedon the basis of an approved deviation.Close the work orders in the ANDON system once the correction reported in the system has been verified, with the support of the quality department.in case of a defect or the molding leader in case of an equipment failure.Experience and QualificationsTechnical career, preferably with knowledge of hydraulics.Office software.Plastic injection presses and auxiliary equipment such as dryers, resin loaders, temperature controllers and thermos for molds.SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
