We are looking for great **Tech Savvy Agents **toanswer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to internet clientes. Respond inquiries about services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. Up-selling customers to new services may be encouraged.**Technical requirements**:- Knowledge of how to create a new Webmail accounts.- Able to provide technical guidance when PC is not having internet connection- Basic tech skills such as restarting computer, set up new users accounts and reset ADSL modems.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- 1 year of call center experience in Service Desk, Help Desk and/or IT campings- Demonstrated ability to support our high volume of inbound calls- Schedule availability 24X7**We offer**:- Base Salary $18,000 gross- Performance Bonus up to $3,000- 2 days off- All law benefits- Food coupons- Direct hiring**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64000, Monterrey, N.
