We strive to promote from within, offering excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. We are currently seeking four Validation Engineer's for our JTC in San Nicolas de los Garza. Summary Will establish validation standards, develop specification, and test requirements including product design margin and limit evaluations with Engineering to ensure proper processes and methods are met to internal and external qualifications and expectations. Duties / Responsibilities Create and maintain standard test plans for each commodity that form minimum test requirements including customer specific testing Create and maintain lab standards and forms for testing related equipment, setup and documentation Confirm test specifications for each test series Submits test requests to the Test Lab for each test series Review and analyze test results, including tested parts for each test matrix completed Read, review and approve test reports from Customer Business Units; ensure all testing results meet or exceed requirements Track and report on testing status for each test series to completion Composes validation reports for DV, PV including Margin and Limit evaluations. Provides judgement on whether test results meat all internal and external requirements. Establish and approve external test laboratories Assist in external and internal communication between testing and engineering personnel Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university 3-5+ years related industry experience with advanced professional skills We are an Affirmeative Action / EEO employer.
