**Responsibilities**:- Maintains an executive presence, positions him/herself as a strategic partner to Internal Audit constituents, business stakeholders, and regulators- Creates and delivers executive caliber presentation materials and reference materials catered to stakeholders at all levels- Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of all data used in reporting.- Establish productive working relationships, as needed, with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of data issues and problems- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies- Translate data into client behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings- Forecasting including creation of key indicator curves and indices, ensures data is accurate and reliable- Performs trend analysis and provides data-driven actionable insights to enable continuous enhancements to the user experience- Manage staff and perform all required managerial functions- Documents, track and perform trend analysis on request and incidents to identify opportunities for process and/or system improvements.- Leverage data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning technologies to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders**Qualifications**:- 8+ years experience- Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst, or related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services- Team leadership experience preferred- Significant exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Service Management, Agile, SDLC, COBIT and the PMBOK- CISA, CIA, PMP, or related certifications a plus- Multi-lingual ability a plus**Education**:- Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
