Business Analyst Senior

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a strong command of Agile methods and hands-on experience with Shopify. You’ll work across client workstreams to define product vision, facilitate discovery, and translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables. You’ll be a key player within a cross-functional team, driving communication, product clarity, and delivery excellence.ONLY LATAM-BASED CANDIDATES will be considered.**Requirements**:**Must-Have Experiences & Skills**:- Available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours.- Hands-on Shopify experience — strong knowledge of eCommerce flows and integration points.- Facilitation of discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders.- Production of BRDs, product backlogs, process flows, and user flows.- Proven ability to drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Demos, Refinement) in partnership with PMs.- Experience working as part of a full Scrum team (PM, QA, Devs, Design, Solutions Architecture).- Ability to design system architecture diagrams for eCommerce integrations (upstream/downstream).- Proficiency using tools like Lucid, Miro, or similar to create architecture and process documentation.**Nice-to-Have Experiences & Skills**:- Familiarity with Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.- Experience using JIRA, Asana, or Trello to manage Epics, Stories, and Features.- Certifications like CSPO or SAFe Agilist.**Benefits**:- Semi-flexible hours.- Getting into our shortlist of key talent for future collaboration opportunities.- 100% Remote.- Competitive Compensation (based on regional benchmark).
