**INGENIERIAS, ADMINISTRADOR O CARRERAS A FIN****Principales responsabilidades**_**:_- Cotización con proveedores en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos.- Evaluación y altas de proveedores- Generación de solicitudes de pedido en SAP módulo de compras indirectos- Cancelación de facturas en buzón tributario.- Notificación de detención de pagos a proveedor en caso de una falta de respuesta o incumplimiento de prestación de servicios por parte de proveedores.- Soporte en capitalización y cierres de proyectos de manufactura que den cumplimiento al control de activos en planta así como participación activa en el Comité de activos fijos.- Revisión y registro de facturas y trabajo colaborativo con el área de cuentas por pagar en Argentina- Soporte en la gestión de métricas mensuales del área- Actualización y seguimiento con áreas de manufactura en el control de Capex del año del archivo de finanzas LATAM- Actualización y reclasificación en caso de ser necesario de gastos funcionales no procedentes en el centro de costos del área**Competencias**:**Requeridas**Gestión de personalManejo de SAP Modulo de compras y Microsoft OfficeSentido de Urgencia y Actitud de ServicioNível de Inglés Intermedio de preferencia por la interacción con personal casa Matriz**Deseables**Experiência en compras de materiales indirectosTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $14,500.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Uniformes gratuitosTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
