With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS****Objective**:- Checking complex requirement notices regarding the quantities, dates and descriptions with the support of thesystem in clearly defined contexts- Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts accordingto requirements and schedule**A Material Planning**1 Checking complex requirement notices regarding the quantities, dates and descriptions with the supportof the system2 Defining and guaranteeing economical order quantities according to given planning rules3 Updating logistics material master data, taking into account defined targets (e.g. safety stock level) forpurchased parts in agreement with internal posts4 Checking safety stock levels, batch sizes, lead times and correcting the stored data5 Responsibility for the stock levels of a complex parts spectrum6 Involvement in the optimization of the supply chain within the context of departmental specifications7 Carrying out complex stock management for a restricted area of responsibility8 Taking part in or carrying out coordination meetings with internal posts9 Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased partsaccording to requirements and schedule10 Controlling and monitoring component allocation for external production, considering the required quantityand time11 Central contact person for material planning processes and logístical supplier management in the plant12 Execution of training measures and knowledge transfer of standardized material planning processes to thepurchase parts planner and supervisors in the plant.13 Creation of regular analyzes of material master data, incl. stock values and stock ranges, correctionsaccording to standard specifications14 Measurement and monitoring to achieve targets15 First level support for purchase parts planner in plant16 Triggering orders and deadline inquiries17 Monitoring delivery dates (deadline follow-up, guarantee), involving the internal posts responsible.In difficult deadline situations, initiating escalation if necessary18 Preparing complex solution measures in the event of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with internal posts,suppliers and the superior if necessary19 Checking incoming order confirmations, clarifying differences in agreement with internal posts and supplier20 Coordinating complex on-schedule provision of parts and/or materials between the suppliers and internalposts, as well as monitoring the provision, consumption and return of the provided parts for externalproduction if appropriate21 Processing the incoming goods journal, clarification in the event of excess deliveries or changes inschedule, whether value data or return, initiating logistic escalation if necessary22 System-related set-up and permanent monitoring of supplier consignment stores23 Preparing and carrying out logistics-supplier meetings with regard to deadline and quantity problems, aswell as involvement in respective supplier evaluations24 Processing differences in invoices (quantity differences) on the accounts payable side25 Monitoring Kanban control loops incl. determining all the necessary master and movement data with theaim of realizing the prescribed availability at low stock levels26 Taking over planning responsibility for items before SOP27 Involvement in projects concerning process changes, participating in sourcing committees andguaranteeing implementation according to the derived measures28 Monitoring and being responsible for the stocktaking of the materials provided by suppliers29 Training and support of the purchase parts planner to fulfill the required tasks according to work routines30 First level support for purchase parts planner in plant and central contact for material planning processesand logistics supplier management31 Regular analyzes and, if necessary, corrections of scheduling relevant master data for the procurement ofmaterials32 Analyze potential for optimization in procurement processes and start the realization by taking into accountthe standard processes33 Support the project team in
