**Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.****What Does success mean in this role?**- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.- Deep knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and server management.- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.- Proficient in disaster recovery, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure security.- Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional IT projects.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VCP, CCNP, or equivalent.**Daily Activities**:- Design and deploy end-to-end infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers, cloud).- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data integrity across infrastructure.- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.- Architect and manage hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Optimize infrastructure using virtualization and automation.- Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and cybersecurity standards.- Lead technical projects, define architecture requirements, and manage delivery timelines.- Mentor technical teams and act as a trusted advisor across departments.- Align infrastructure with enterprise architecture and long-term IT goals.- Document solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
