**Vacante para la empresa Necodex en Hermosillo, Sonora**:**Graphic Designer - Part time Contractor**:** Essential Duties and Responsibilities****Responsibilities**:- Design compelling banners, flyers, and promotional materials for both online and oƯline use.- Develop engaging social media graphics and content tailored to diƯerent platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).- Design and edit videos for promotional, instructional, and social media use.- Produce brochures and marketing collateral, both digital and print-ready.- Utilize Google VEO 3 and other tools to enhance video and digital creative output.- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.- Prepare final files for web and print, ensuring optimal quality and compatibility.- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**General**:- Must be able to work in-person at least twice a week and on other days as needed.- English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Entrepreneurial Spirit (Resilience, Tenacity, and Grit): Resilient and adaptable mentality with the ability to thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a scaling startup.- The ability to sing, dance, or just have fun is highly preferred**Minimum qualifications**:- 25+ years of professional graphic design experience.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).- Experience with Google VEO 3 and similar video tools.- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.- Experience designing for both digital platforms and print production.- Strong portfolio showcasing work across banners, flyers, digital ads, social media, brochures, and videos.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.- Familiarity with branding, marketing, and advertising principles.- Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms**Preferred Skills**:- Motion graphics and basic animation.- Knowledge of current design trends, especially in social media and digital marketing.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Strong communication and presentation abilities.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Recursos humanos**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación**Habilidades**:- Adobe Creative Suite- English- Google VEO 3- Figma- Canva
