Our agile development processes, clear communication, and easy collaboration make us stand out from our competitors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce - SFMC Solution Architect. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce - SFMC solutions for our clients. This includes integrating data, creating custom solutions, consulting, and guiding business processes. The Solution Architect will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure successful delivery of solutions.**Qualifications**:Strong experience in Salesforce - SFMC Solution ArchitectureExperience in Consultancy, working with clients to understand business requirements and recommending solutionsExperience in Software Development, working across the full development lifecycleIntegration experience with other systemsBusiness process knowledge and experience in designing business processes that work with Salesforce - SFMC solutionsExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work with remote teams and clientsExperience and/or certifications in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud are a plus10+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience as salesforce solution ArchitectCertified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable.Hands on Development experienceExperience developing cloud native software in AWS/GCP/Azure.Experience in JavaScript or Python background is desirable.Experience in JS/HTML/CSS for FE DevelopmentStrong in Server-side java scripting like NodeJSStrong in Configuration Management/Version controlExperience in Build and Deployments (CI/CD)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results.Experience with multiple implementations and roll-outs / cut-overs along with production support / Integration TestingConduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,Review solutions and recommending improvements.Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.Ensure documentation of the steps for testing.Modeling and prototyping of salesforce User Interface.**Salary**: $110,000 MXP Gross + Medical Insurance + Life Insurance + Law BenefitsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
