Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role****Key Responsibilities**:As an Associate Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:- Supporting the release of engineering designs to manufacturing plants.- Participating in the design process from the Engineering Concept through Manufacturing check sample.- Producing drawings and BOMs using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) and PLM system.- Designing and drafts components, assemblies and packaging.- Completing design tasks using PLM workflows.- Maintaining integrity in all engineer data and keep the engineering bill of materials updated.- Collaborating closely with project engineers to guarantee the accuracy and approval of designs.- Keeping Design services metrics within objectives.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are responsible, and time-oriented. If this is you, get in touch.**As a minimum you must**have**:- Engineering degree: IME, IMA, IA, IMTC with 1+ years of relevant experience.- Hands-on experience working in an Engineering design environment- Knowledge in Parametric Computer-aided Design software (Sheet metal, 3D modeling, assemblies, Drawing, Wiring routing, Piping).- Experienced with windchill PLM.- Technical knowledge in design concept.- Understanding of drafting standard and procedures.- Knowledge of tolerance analysis (GD&T).- ** Advanced English (required)**.**Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have**:- HVAC knowledge**Soft Skills**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
