**Marine Senior Underwriter**:**What you’ll need to succeed**:- Effective in dynamic environment, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, working at pace and prioritizing multiple tasks- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), collaboration, building trust with wide range of colleagues and clients- Financial acumen, appetite for learning about the industry, negotiating skills and a focus on writing profitable business- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience; Commercial Insurance Company, Agency or Brokerage experience preferred; Marine Cargo, Contractors Equipment and Marine Liabiability experience preferred- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferredAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
