You will manage the entire process from lead generation through to negotiation, ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners, and manage performance KPI to ensure the business growth Your proactive approach will help establish DiDi Shop as a leading choice in the market.Also you will be a key stake holder to create, analize and implement commercial strategies with key partnerts to guarantee user value on DiDi ShopRole Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams ( MKT, Growth, Sales, Strategy and Retail) to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into DiDi Shops;- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry;- Provide regular reports on KPI and business development activities to Leadership Team.Role Qualifications:- Proven experience ( +4 years ) in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors;- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks;- Basic Data Management.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
