NOMBRE DEL PUESTO: Project ManagerNOMBRE DEL PUESTO: Project Manager**OMBRE DEL PUESTO**: Project Manager**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**: Coordinar equipos de trabajo para desarrollo de proyectos de software a la medida.**Requisitos**:- Nível de estudios: Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o afín.- Experiência mínima de 3 años en administración de proyectos de desarrollo de software (End to End).- Análisis, diseño, construcción, pruebas y liberación de proyectos.- Experiência como líder de equipos de trabajo.- Experiência de mínimo 2 proyectos ejecutados y puestos en producción.- Manejo de al menos una técnica de estimación: Tradicional o Ágil.- Tradicionales: Puntos de función, casos de uso, cosmic function points.*Ágiles: Poker game, puntos por historia.**HABILIDADES**:- Capacidad de liderazgo- Trabajo en equipo- Capacidad de organización y de dirección- Manejo efectivo de conflictos- Responsabilidad- Proactividad- Puntualidad**FUNCIONES**:- Administrar, planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos de desarrollo de software.- Llevar un control de las actividades y recursos asignados para la ejecución de los proyectos asignados para dar cumplimiento con el tiempo y los costos establecidos.**OFRECEMOS**:- Prestaciones de ley.- Sueldo a convenir.- Capacitación constante.- Plan de carrera y desarrollo en Cantera Digital.- Excelente ambiente de trabajo.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Remote
