The team is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and expertise in the industry.We are currently seeking a Wholesale Director to join our team in Monterrey.**Job Description**:As the Wholesale Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our B2B distribution channel. You will lead a team of sales professionals to create and develop a pipeline of clients, while also managing relationships with existing customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating participation in industry events and optimizing customer relationships.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals in the B2B distribution channel- Lead a team of sales professionals to create and develop a pipeline of clients- Manage relationships with existing customers to retain and grow business- Coordinate participation in industry events- Optimize customer relationships to maximize revenue**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- 4 years of experience in similar positions managing a B2B distribution business line in travel industry- Fluent in English and Spanish- Deep knowledge of B2B distribution to wholesale agencies- Basic knowledge of API/XML concepts- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, proactive, commercial, strategic, dynamic**Salary**:We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of 90,000 MXN to 100,000 per month plus commissions plus benefits.
