You will also be involved in related testing and integration of these systems with other Etsy marketplace systems, Trust & Safety tools, ML and Data systems. Learn more about our Flex and Office-based work modes and workplace safety policies here.**What’s this team like at Etsy?**- Content Evaluation is tasked with scaling our Trust & Safety content moderation operations to marketplaces with hundreds of millions of listings, making Etsy a safe place to transact with small sellers,- You will work closely with Etsy's Marketplace Confidence, Risk, ML Enablement, and Data Enablement organizations.- Our team is working on Etsy's first production deployed multi-modal few shot learning classifier for content classification.**What does the day-to-day look like?**- Collaborate with teammates in Mexico City and Brooklyn, as well as partners in Dublin, and remote locations in the US and Canada.- Build cloud native systems in GCP around Machine Learning models to make Etsy's marketplaces safer.- Establish and maintain monitoring and alerting systems around Machine Learning for Trust & Safety Content Moderation.- Work closely with Etsy's Engineering, Product, Trust & Safety Operations and Analytics teams.- Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at Etsy's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law.**Qualifications**:**Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are**:- Experience making products with public cloud providers, such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure- Ability to leverage infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and similar tools.- Successful track record of collaboration with distributed teams of both technical and non-technical individuals- Experience working with production systems around Machine Learning models at scaleAdditional Information**What's Next**If you're interested in joining the team at Etsy, please share your resume with us and feel free to include a cover letter if you'd like.
