Join us**Learn more about Unisys and our key solution offerings**: Unisys, Stealth, CloudForte®, InteliServe**What success looks like in this role**:**Resumen del rol**_:_**Configuracion y soporte en sitio de equipo de cómputo, revisión de equipo impresoras y levantar garantías con el proveedor de las mismas, seguimiento y actualización de servicios en ServiceNow, soporte a dispositivos moviles, brindar asesoría en sistemas Hershey y en Windows y Office, apoyo con restablecimiento de contraseñas de res y de SAP, soporte básico a impresoras Zebra.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- Configuración, instalación y soporte en sitio de equipo de cómputo (principalmente DELL)- Revisión de equipo impresoras y levantar garantías con el proveedor de las mismas- Seguimiento y actualización de servicios en ServiceNow, que es la herramienta de gestión de incidentes- Soporte a dispositivos moviles: revisión, validacion y direccionar con proveedor.- Celulares: Configuracion y carga de aplicacion propia del cliente a ciertos usuarios- Brindar asesoría en sistemas Hershey y en Windows y Office,- Apoyo con restablecimiento de contraseñas de res y de SAP- Soporte básico a impresoras Zebra**You will be successful in this role if you have**:***Habilidades Requeridas**:- 2-3 años de experiência en soporte de equipos de computo- Experiência con instalación de equipo de computo (PCs, Laptops e impresoras)- Crear requisitos de entorno**Habilidades Deseables**:- Experiência con manejo de incidentes en Service Now- Inglés medio (deseable)LI-AO1**eeo**Notice For U.S. Applicants: Unisys is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Females/ Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/ Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
