Descripción y detalle de las actividadesMain Responsibilities:- Maintenance Management: Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and efficiency.- Automation: Design, implement, and optimize automation systems to improve production processes and reduce downtime.- TPM: Develop and implement TPM programs to foster continuous improvement and employee involvement in equipment maintenance.- Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools to monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.- Project Management: Lead improvement and equipment upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and budgets.- Training: Develop and execute training programs for technicians and operators, promoting best practices and workplace safety.- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and automation activities, including manuals, procedures, and performance reports.- Technical Recommendations: Provide technical recommendations to improve processes and equipment.- Spare Parts and BOM Management: Manage spare parts inventory and Bill of Materials (BOM).- FAT and SAT: Prepare and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).- Statistical Analysis and MFMEA: Perform statistical analyses and create Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (MFMEA).- Root Cause Analysis: Use problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, PDCA, 8D, A3, and MFMEA.- KE and OEE Calculations: Perform calculations for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other key performance indicators (KE).Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, and TPM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Technical Knowledge:- Proficiency in automation systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI).- Advanced knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.- Experience in implementing TPM programs.- Skills in data analysis and use of maintenance management software (CMMS).- Experience in resistance welding.- Experience with FANUC robots, Schneider, Modicon PLCs, and Control Expert.- Project management experience.Soft Skills:- Leadership and team management.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.- Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.Additional Competencies:- Certifications in maintenance and automation (e.g., CMRT, CMRP).- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.- Experience in project management and agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- caja de ahorro- comedor- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta- Vales de despensa**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Mantenimiento**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
