As a Temporary position: SR Buyer with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to set the direction and lead strategic negotiations on a global basis.Objective:As Packaging Procurement Sr Buyer, you will be responsible for Blow Moulding and Injection categories for México, for all Reckitt business units, Hygiene, Health and Nutrition. You will be responsible to lead the development, implementation, and execution of regional sourcing strategies for assigned commodities to achieve broad based business objectives.**Long Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities to achieve short and long-term objectives, working closely with related internal departments (i.e. R&D, Packaging, Supply, Quality) to meet overall business requirements.- Be responsible for the procurement relationship with factories and serve as first contact point for suppliers and business partners for potential supply issues.- Support negotiations to ensure best cost position for the organization for assigned commodities.- Negotiate, develop and approve contracts, agreements, supplier direction and business awards; Support the budget process for assigned commodities.- Support sustainability initiatives for the assigned commodities; Net Working Capital PPV, NPD and EPD**Long Description**:**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement- Long-term strategy planning & execution- Very Strong Analytical, Interpretation and Communication Skills- Ability to read markets and convey findings along with recommendations, to the business- Financial savviness- Comfort with systems: Excel, Power Point, SAP/JDE, Ariba- Fluent in English**Equality**:In Return RB offer very competitive salaries with excellent benefits and the chance to progress your career within a truly global organisation.RB is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by appropriate law.
