Traba is backed by world-renowned investors, including Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.**About the Role**:This is a great opportunity for someone early in their People/Recruiting career who’s hungry to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building high-performing teams.**What You’ll Do**:**Sourcing (50%)**- Execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and niche communities- Track and report sourcing metrics and conversion data**Coordination (50%)**- Manage and optimize workflows in our ATS (Ashby)- Support coordination of recruiting events, career fairs, or referral campaigns- Assist with offer letter generation, background check coordination, and onboarding prep**You Should Have**:- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing (can be internships or part-time roles)- Strong written communication and attention to detail—especially in external outreach and scheduling- High ownership mentality: you follow through and don’t let things slip through the cracks- A love for organization, systems, and process improvement- Comfort with high-volume, fast-paced environments- Experience with an ATS (bonus if it's Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus**Salary Range Details**:
